The hoisting wire rope winding system adopts the new eight rope MAX system newly launched by Zhenhua Heavy Industry to improve the automatic control performance of the RTG.

After commissioning and putting into use, the gantry crane can automatically complete the whole process without manual intervention, as long as the control center issues the operation instruction. The fully automatic gantry crane is another attempt to build a new benchmark for the company's traditional terminals, which is of great significance to accumulate automation operation experience, promote the construction of smart terminals, and contribute "Polaris" power to the group's building of a world-class smart port.

At present, the six tracks of Beilun Port Station of the railway have achieved full process automation, and the automatic commissioning of three gantry cranes with four tracks is being carried out in an orderly manner. Later, two batches of 4 bridge cranes will also arrive in Hong Kong. At that time, the number of gantry cranes of the company will be increased from 69 to 73, and the number of bridge cranes will be increased from 22 to 26, effectively improving the overall operation capacity of the company.
